 Internet Connectivity Options

We offer access to a comprehensive range of internet connectivity solutions, that provide the infrastructure for voice and data applications, which serve both the operational and commercial needs of any size of business or organisation. 

The options open to you will depend on your geographic location, we can offer connectivity speeds of up to 10 GB depending on location.

ADSL-Standard broadband -  or as it is also known annex m may offer speeds of up to 24 MB download and 2 MB upload delivered over copper wiring.It is worth noting  that services offered over copper wire are being phased out by BT with a termination of services happening no later than December 2025. please see our article on the pstn switch off.*

FTTC Broadand and SOGEA- Fibre to the cabinet or as it is also known fttc and its replacement service SOGEA can offer speeds of up to 80 MB download and 20 mb upload. Although this service is carried over copper it will continue to function after the pstn switch off.*

FTTP (Fibre to the premises)- Fibre to the premises or fttp  replacement for the other variants of broadband and as its name implies is delivered over fibre optic cable direct to your premises. The  speeds achievable with fttp  are up to 1 GB download and 220 MB upload. Like the other variants of broadband, it is an asynchronous and a contended service. 

Leased line- Is delivered on fibre optic cables and offers download speeds of up to 10 GB and upload speeds of up to 10 GB. it is a fully synchronous service and is not contended. The service level offered on leased Lines is higher  than that on the broadband offerings. It is essentially an always-on service. Mobile broadband - is ideal for people on the move who need connectivity no matter where they go.   The speeds achievable are dependent and local on location and distance from the transmitter, however speeds of up to 80 MB download and 30 mb upload can be achieved on mobile broadband. another use for mobile broadband and is in locations where normal broadband services cannot be supplied an example of which is a building site we're no services have been supplied before.
